Any scene with Fear made my heart beat a little faster. This is an author who writes delicious sentences and descriptions, and this book is one I enjoyed falling into. Robb takes you back to when times were good, fun was readily available and makes everyone reading his stories, wishing that they were one that actually had those adventures. I fell in love with many of the characters in Rescue River and look forward to reading more from this series. Kerr's insider knowledge of the medical world lends fascinating credibility to her well-developed characters without ever slowing the pace. Being an Oakland CA native 'The Key System' was the way we traveled.
